At MAI REALTY & LOAN, anybody is welcome to join us. As long as you are motivated to pursue a future in this field with us, we will get you your license. Not only will you get your license, but we will continue to support you afterwards to teach you how to be a successful agent whether, it be for real estate, loans, or insurance.
Additionally, when you join us and close your first deal you will be reimbursed the money that you paid for your license training in full.

Compensation Plan for Real Estate Agents, Residential Mortgage Loan Originator, Commercial Loan Agents
Licensed Real Estate and Loan agents, who sign contracts with Mai Realty and Loans, will get 70% of total commission. For Commercial Loan Agents, in order to get commission, they need to get certificates from our commercial class, a 4 hour class, which is offered at our office every month. The commission will go up to 80% after the Licensed Real Estate, Residential Mortgage Loan Originator, or authorized Commercial Agent is trained well and/or after a set amount of deals. This is determined by the quality of files and work performance.
Of the leftover amount, 30% or 20% (this will be referred to as company dollars).
The leftover company dollar will be paid directly to 3 upline generation, Branch Owner, and Corporation. The direct upline agent will be paid 15% from the leftover company dollar, the second upline will receive 10% of the company dollar, and the third upline will receive 5% of the company dollar.
The remainder will be split 50-50 between the Branch Owner and Corporation.
When the agent gets 80% commission, the same concept will be applied.
The Upline system will be active for one year after you leave Mai Realty and Loan , your downline earnings will be active for you to receive the company dollar for one year and after that year your will proceed to your next upline. The Bonus can be transfer to Heir(s).
