In 2003, his annual total sales reached over $12 million after just 3 years in the Real Estate Industry. Total sales doubled in 2004, to $21 million. Viem Mai is now the founder of MAI REALTY & LOAN inc., which was established in 2015. He teaches a Commercial Class at the start every month at his California offices in San Francisco, Antioch, and Brentwood.
